The application of wireless sensor networks in the production process is a hot spot in the development of manufacturing industry, which is also the basis of industrial 4. Wireless sensor network is composed of a large number of sensor nodes deployed in a specific area. It will be transmitted to the observer through wireless communication network system. Wireless sensor network has been widely used in military reconnaissance, urban traffic management, medical monitoring, environmental monitoring, storage management, space exploration, etc. It is a new information technology field. This paper is based on the platform of the tunnel furnace and the technology of the embedded system, Android and the network interaction. We analyze the information in the data using particle swarm optimization algorithm and realize an intelligent monitoring system based on wireless sensor network. Our research is very important for promoting the development of measurement, control subjects, the practical application, popularization, wireless sensor network technology and the improvement of the intelligent plant.The paper includes the following contents:1. We investigated the development of wireless sensor networks all over the world and the application in electric motor manufacturing industry in Shengzhou.2. We analyzed the requirements of the tunnel furnace process, studied the architecture of wireless sensor network system and divided the system into three layers: perception layer, network transport layer, application layer. At the same time, the development scheme of sensor nodes, gateway and server is put forward and we gave solutions to the problems encountered in the development process.3. Finally, through the particle swarm optimization algorithm, we obtained the available information and relevant conclusions and verified the feasibility of the system design and implementation.
