Honeycomb paperboard is a new type of sandwich structure material with characteristic of environmental protection and energy saving, and it is deeply popular with market, due to its light weight, low cost, high strength, recycled etc, which has been a kind of important material in terms of insteading of wood. with increasing of market demand, the tradition manual post proccess technology would not adapt the development of honeycomb paperboard. If honeycomb paperboard was developed a package box or other products, there would be several post proccesses involved, such as punching, cutting, wrapping and gluing etc, which were refered to post proccess technology. However the wrapping process technology is mainly by hand with poor quality and low efficiency. In China, the post proccesses technology except wrapping have been achieved modernisation, however the automatic wrapping post process technology is still under research and development.With actual production process, The article would aim to study the development of a certain new overlapping machine of honeycomb, as well as researching the properties of edgewise loading of overlapped honeycomb paperboard. The main work is as follows;First, according the survey of universal honeycomb paperboard in the market,a new overlapping technique for honeycomb paperboard was presented, then the mechanical construction of this kind of honeycomb paperboard overlapping facility would be builded,meatime,realising mechanism and automation virtually;In addition, assuming that the virtual facility could work,several key processes would be involved and the kilematic stimulation of adams software and the stability of working for the key process would be made,the result of the stimulation showed that the design parameter of the key process could meet the target of requirement with good stability;With the character of edgewise loading of overlapped honeycomb paperboard and through certain assumptions,the Theoretical deduction of Orthogonal and large deflection Carmen equation would try to be made by large deflection theory of thin plate,then,Carmen equation would be solved by Galerkin method for numerical analysis;Finally,Comparative static compressive experiments of edgewise concentrated load were carried out for two kinds of technology processed honeycomb paperboard so that the capacity of load would be figured out, and the necessity magnitude of puncturing load were analyzed as well as the regularity of energy absorption with thickness of honeycomb were studied.Then,Comparative research between result of experiment and theoretical model had be made and finding that there was little difference and the same regularity,which turned out that the theoretical model could be cosulted.The effort and means in this article would get great worth of reference and leading the produce in the field of trasport package for honeycomb paperboard.
