With the rapid development of world economy, energy shortage and environmental pollution have become increasingly serious. The development and utilization of renewable energy has been noticed and expected by the world people. Wind energy as an important part of green energy obtained people’s attention, wind turbine technology has become increasingly mature. However, how to improve the capture efficiency of wind energy and the variable propeller control are the hotspot research.This thesis is mainly on all aspects of permanent magnet wind power system analysis and research.Through the principle of all aspects of analysis and research, a power tracking control method based on fuzzy control is designed.The contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly we analyzed the principle of wind turbines. In combination with relevant literature,the permanent magnet wind generators and the PWM rectifier models are established, coordinate transformation is completed from three-phase stationary coordinate system by mathematical modeling to two-phase rotating coordinate system the method can fast track the maximum power point, it is simple and easy to come true.Secondly, in bellow the rated wind speed, the paper studies the three-point comparison method to achieve maximum power tracking,Machine-side converter adopted the dual closed-loop control of fuzzy PI controller, when the disturbance occurred in the generator, it can effectively regulated PI parameters for power control to ensure the stability of generator power output.Finally,in above the rated wind speed, it used the method of fuzzy control to achieve the variable-speed of pitch and to achieve different power deviation using different pitch rate, ensuring the stability of generator output power, in the meanwhile,it extends the mechanical life of change pulp motor and blade.Through the improved research methods, a simulation of Matlab/Simulink is built to prove the feasibility of this method.Compared with the waveform of the traditional methods, the result from new method works better. Finally, we build permanent magnetsynchronous generator power simulation system which contain DC motor delivering by DC speed-regulator and PMSG(3KW) design and built the machine machine side converter system and platform based on TMS320F2812 also completed the preliminary experiment.
