Structure design of dynamic walking aid, In addition to the movement mechanism, most of the mass is mainly concentrated in the power supply and control system for the power. Its quality is usually between 10-20Kg,10-20Kg weight is arranged in the human back and waist which changing the center of human mass and affecting the walking stability. In order to minimize the influence of structure quality configuration on human walking stability, in this paper, a series of experimental study is conducted aiming at walking aid with different configurations and quantity.The three-dimensional motion of the Vicon capture system and AMTI force platform were used to test gait biomechanical parameters of 16 subjects, at the same time, the mass configuration were backpacks and waistpacks configuration mode, and for the two kinds of loading mode to determine different configuration amount, the subjects were assigned to carry backpack load that was equivalent to one of the following weight:0%、5%、10%、 15% or 20% of their body weight. Gait parameters were statistically analyzed using one-way ANOVA and get effect degree of different quality allocation mode and account. With the increase of the mass, the step length and double support becomes longer, single-support phase decreases, lower pace. The peak value of Ground Reaction Force increases.Considering the simplicity, beauty, help human walking stability and comfort factors for structure design, finally developed a walking aid structure mass strategy:(1) Walking aid double shoulder distribution mode is better choice from the angle of gait stability; (2) When the configuration in the wearer’s body quality is below 10%BW, the waist configuration is the best way from the point of connection line help system and the design effect; (3) Considering the comfort degree angle, when walking aid configuration mass higher than body weight 15%BW, backpacks distribution mode can make the wearer feel more comfortable.The walking aid mass distribution strategy, which makes the design of walking aid more humanized, and provides certain reference for lower limb function rehabilitation of disabled people.
