With the development of wind power technology, the superiority of wind power is more and more obvious than the other energies. And wind power is expected to provide a strong social sustainable development thrust. The traditional thermal power, hydropower still occupy the major part currently, wind power has brought new energy architecture changes with its characteristics of environmentally friendly, clean, low cost and high energy conversion efficiency. And then technician dedicated to improving the wind energy conversion efficiency of wind turbines, power control, optimization and maximum power tracking technology.In this paper, we make some theoretical research and simulation on the control system parts. Firstly, start to understand the basic knowledge related to wind power. To elaborate pitch control technology briefly and design the controller based on Fuzzy-PID and applied in the variable-pitch control. Then to do simulation of the system, the results can meet the expected design requirements.The yaw control system is also an important part of the system. Secondly, this paper elaborates the yaw control mechanism and control system in detail, to design the fuzzy controller and applied in the simulation. The results prove the good performance of the fuzzy controller.Finally, do research on power optimization control of grid-side converter of wind turbine. With the application of SPWM modulation and regulation control PI strategy, the power optimization purposes have been achieved. Using appropriate parameters designed to make the network side is running well, while double-loop PI control strategy to adjust the control strategy. And the control strategy of active and reactive power control, respectively, and can provide more reactive support in order to achieve power optimization purposes. And through the Matlab/Simulink simulation results, the control method has been verified.
