Wind power generation technology is a comprehensive discipline which related to the aerodynamics, machinery, electrical motor and automatic control theory and so on. It has been one of the most potential new energy in the world because of its pollution-free and shortest construction cycle. Due to it's randomness and uncertainty, and also the wind turbine generator is complicated nonlinear system, the control technique of wind generating set play a crucial role in it's working.Through extensive reading of literatures data at home and abroad, and by means of analyzing wind turbine generator's operating principle, I summarize its modeling technology and control strategy technology, Main content as follows:1) By means of mechanism analysis, setting up mathematical model and wind speed model for large pitch regulated wind turbine, the model embodies the basic dynamic characteristics of the wind turbine generator.2) The present paper designs fuzzy controller by aiming at the situation of the wind speed is higher than the rated wind speed to realizing the steady-state output of the power. Applying fuzzy control toolbox to design fuzzy controller, and in the context of Matlab/Simulink it simulates in the condition of high wind speed.3) Aiming at high speed in this paper introduces the design of PLC in realizing the fuzzy control algorithm, and gives the hardware composition and key ladder diagram programs. It achieve a method of offline calculation and online inquiry based on PLC which has good effect on the rapid response wind speed and improve the stability of system.4) Because the yaw system has the inertia and non-linear characteristics, this paper introduces the design of parameter Self-Tuning Fuzzy PID (F-PID) controller. The controller based on the wind changes to adjust PID parameters, and then control wind turbines for wind. It compare with the traditional PID control simulation, the results showed that the parameter Self-Tuning Fuzzy PID controller has good real-time performance and robustness.
