It outlines the background of this paper, and also summarizes the prospects for the hydraulic test stand. It describes the reason why the hydraulic test stand is widely used in university research.It introduces the basic structure and principles of hydraulic test stand, detailing the hydraulic control principle and electric control principle, the test stand consists of a closed-loop servo valve control motor torque control system and a servo valve control cylinder closed loop position control system. It is about the valve-controlled motor system and the valve-controlled cylinder system, It mainly analyze the motor control system and cylinder control system of static and dynamic characteristics, and based on the controller,it compares the response and the stability of the system under the condition of industrial machine control or under the controller,.Valve-controlled cylinder position control system of the test bench, the load include the rigid load and the elastic load. based on the software AMEsim,the closed-loop torque control system valve controlled motor and the valve-controlled cylinder closed-loop position control system is modeling, the system transfer function is calculated, the BODE diagram is drawed to do the steady state analysis; under the step signal, if the motor torque output can get the accuracy and with the rigid load or the elastic load if the cylinder position output can get the accuracy which is required.It describes the working principle of the PID controller,.Since the computer is a discrete control system, the sampling period of the computer will be influences by a lot of factors,which make it difficult to ensure the stability of the control system. It study the computer control system, the digital control system and the analog control system,their responses were compared. And with the sampling time be shorter,the comparison between the effect of the digital controller and the analog controller.
