This paper introduces the development and principle, and present study situation of electrohydraulic proportional control system, and the work principle and every component of electrohydraulic proportional valve-controlled motor system of test platform are analyzed in detail, establishing the mathematics model of the valve-controlled motor system. The text makes dynamic particular analysis of the response of the system, also drawing the Bode figure of open loop system. In view of stable Properties of the system, a PID fuzzy control with auto-tuning scaling factors is devised by incorporating the characteristic and deficiency of PID control theory and Fuzzy control theory. The paper established system simulation model using SIMULINK of MATLAB last, and simulated respectively the dynamic characteristic of the system under the condition of different signal inputs or loads and got the dynamic response of motor rotate speed outputs, and moreover analyzing to it. The simulation result proves that the Fuzzy-PID control has good robustness and minor adjustment. It extremely solves the contradiction of fast properties and minor adjustment, and brings the better static characteristics and dynamic characteristic to the system to attain the expected objective. Theory analysis and simulation result indicates that Fuzzy-PID control strategy is adopted to the electrohydraulic proportional valve-controlled motor system.
