| With the growing performance permanent magnetic materials, permanent magnet synchronous motor performance also continue to improve and improve. The weakening control system applied to PMSM were to go, so constant power speed range of PMSM in the region has been greatly improved, and its applications has become even more widespread,more attention by the people.This paper introduces PMSM weakening control theory, in-depth study of the weakening control strategy based on the DC voltage feedback, in Matlab/Sinmulink in weak magnetic control system modeling and simulation, and design motor control platform hardware given software program flow diagram. Specifically include the following:Firstly, the structural characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motors, the mathematical model and the three coordinates of the two principles of coordinate transformation, elaborate constraints weakening control, weakening control working range of current setpoint and weakening control strategy derived motor in constant torque region and the field weakening phase, the running track of the stator current vector.Secondly, building on PMSM weakening control system voltage feedback voltage feedback weakening control strategy, the space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)analysis and design, and then in Matlab / Sinmulink simulation environment, based on the voltage PMSM weakening feedback control system simulation study to validate the control strategy and modules to build the correctness and weak magnetic system can be implemented.Finally, using TI’s TMS320F2812 master chip and model PS21867 intelligent power module IPM build PMSM experimental debugging platform weakening control; given main program flow and interrupt subroutine flow chart.In this theory, building and motor PMSM weakening control strategy and hardware platform for the control program implements a detailed presentation on the further development of permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system design weakening lay a foundation. |
