In order to meet the needs of the development of the intelligent switch equipment and improve the operation reliability of the switch equipment. In this paper, design of high voltage circuit breaker permanent-magnet linear motor operating mechanism. The mechanism adopt the cylindrical permanent magnet linear motor as the driving motor.Through the connecting rod mechanism and driving the moving contact of the circuit breaker complete switching operation. Permanent magnet linear motor operating mechanism has good response speed and controllability.The main purpose of this paper is designed to meet the cylindrical switching characteristics of 126 k V vacuum circuit breaker with permanent magnet linear motor actuator. The research is mainly focused on the following aspects:(1) The load force and the motion coordination characteristics between vacuum circuit breaker and motor actuator are researched. The establishment of motor actuator structure analysis model, the corresponding relationship between the derivation of linear motor displacement and the contact of circuit breaker displacement and calculating the equivalent mass of the operating mechanism the motor of the equivalent mass and the load are obtained.(2) Analysis of permanent magnetic actuator and linear motor operating mechanism. Establish the permanent magnetic actuator analysis model and obtain the dynamic characteristics of the different motion of the operating mechanism. The 40.5kV vacuum circuit breaker with permanent magnetic actuator and permanent magnet linear motor actuator were analyzed to determine the performance characteristics of permanent magnet linear motor.(3) Study of the permanent magnet linear motor thrust ripple problem. The preliminary design of the driving motor, the electromagnetic load, the length of the permanent magnet, the slot structure, the winding structure and the length of the air gap and other parameters were designed. Using the principle of electromagnetic field numerical analysis, analyze the linear motor thrust and obtain the formula of the motor thrust. Analyze the pole arc coefficient, motor slot coefficient and cogging ratio by finite element analysis, get the influence of three factors on the thrust fluctuation, provide reasonable scheme for motor design and carries on the optimization design of the drive motor.(4) Design of the 126 kV vacuum circuit breaker motor operating mechanism of the cylindrical permanent magnet linear motor. According to the motor design, the establishment of the motor model, output characteristics of the motor speed and stroke curve of motor, drive motor switching characteristics meet the verification requirements of 126 kV vacuum circuit breaker, get the final design of cylindrical permanent magnet linear motor.
