Water pump has a particular kind of general machinery, which is variety and widely used in every sector of the national economy. Water pump shaft axial force is one of the keys performance indexes of the water pump. The precise measurement of the axial force is the premise of guaranteeing normal running of water pump; promote accuracy in pump measurement device is particularly weighty. In order to accurately measuring the axial force of the pump, researching a simple, reliable, high precision calibration system for the corresponding load components is important. To this, the highest research content of this topic is tantamount to design a pump shaft axial force measuring device for the static calibration of the system.This article contrast and analysis the domestic and foreign existing measuring device which are field static calibration techniques, drawing on the advantages of each calibration technique, Design and draw the system electric schematic diagram and the mechanical structure, complete hardware integration, the system adopts the Siemens Smart 200 series PLC as the controller, Designed by S beam sensor, servo electric cylinder positioning, touch screen and PLC controller, controller on the basis of setting force parameters of the calibration system, S beam sensor feedback force value, regulator output PWM pulse, to control servo electric cylinder thrust screw expansion drive mechanical spring compression to change the system force, on the water pump shaft to proving ring static calibration of the force. The system adopts a touch screen monitor, as to meet the requirement of engineering. System adopts the closed-loop feedback control method for force value system for real-time adjustment.the design of the pump field static calibration system for Axial force measuring device in this paper, which is not need high environmental requirements on in the spot, the system can realize closed-loop feedback control just under the harsh conditions, the system has been used in Shenyang blower group company for pump design, production and manufacturing processes, Based on the static calibration system in the measurement, the application of the system is analyzed.Through the scene of the operation data show that the designed pump axial force in field application, the static calibration system can be performed on the pump shaft measuring element 0 to 12000 pulling force. Accuracy of target forces value of ±10N.
