Study On The Problems About Cost Management Of Real Estate Project Based On DEA Model

In order to solve the current housing difficulties of our country people’s livelihood issues,the government introduced a series of suppression real estate price policy.From the perspective of real estate developers,the real estate indus can no longer rely on improving sales price to seek the new profit point, but rely on the inside of industry,such as cost control.(1)Fiestly,the theory about the DEA model of the nonparametric method and it’s mature using are introduced,and introduce the theory to the economic efficiency of real estate industry.(2)Analysising the framework, structure of the cost about the real estate industry In-depth,and analysis the necessity of cost control from every link.Cost management and cost control need to be practiced to the specific item of the real estate operation.(3)With the wide use of the computer technology, GIS has already been used in many fields as a powerful tool of spatial datum managing and spatial information analysis. This advanced technology is used to explore a new evaluation method of construction damage in subsidence area, and to develop a visualized evaluation system based on GIS. This method simplifies the evaluate process, improves the accuracy of evaluation, realizes the visual display, and solves the technology problem which is difficult for tradition method.
