With the rapid development of social science and technology, the modern train air conditioning system should not only meet the comfort of passengers, but also meet the high standards of reliability, safety and practicality. The climate test chamber of the train air conditioning system is mainly used to test the performance of the new type of train air conditioning system to meet the standard requirements, and to provide services for the research and development of new type of air conditioning system. The climate laboratory of the train air conditioning system must first provide a stable test environment for the test vehicle. The uniformity of air temperature field and velocity field is an important parameter to evaluate the design of the whole test chamber. Therefore, how to get more accurate temperature and velocity distribution in the air conditioning system of the train air conditioning system is an issue worthy of further study.In this paper, the temperature field and velocity field of a train air conditioning system is simulated by CFD simulation software, and the air flow organization with different wind speeds and different air supply modes are analyzed. The research contents are as follows:Firstly, start with an artificial environment laboratory as the research object, establish mathematical model, by comparing the laboratory indoor temperature field and velocity field of the experimental data and the simulation results, verify the correctness and reliability of the mathematical model. Using the numerical simulation method, the CFD simulation is carried out to simulate the air flow organization of the longitudinal air supply mode of the air conditioning system of the train air conditioning system, and the influence of the wind speed on the temperature field and velocity field is studied. Because the structure of the climate test chamber is long and narrow, it is difficult to change the air supply structure, and the air flow organization of the air conditioning system of the train air conditioning system is simulated. To study the indoor temperature field and velocity field, and to design and optimize the air distribution of the climate test chamber.Through the simulation analysis of the indoor air flow organization in the air conditioning system of the train air conditioning system, the main factors affecting the rationality of indoor air flow organization are analyzed. The research results of this paper provide guidance and reference for the design and optimization of the wind structure design and optimization of the air conditioning system of the train air conditioning system.
