In order to verify the performance of the train air-conditioning,the performance test of the vehicle after loading is indispensable in the course of the running of the train,the external environment condition may be very harsh.However,due to the outdoor vehicle test by time,season and geographical impact,so the need to build climate and environment simulation room to test the vehicle air-conditioned vehicle environment.Therefore,how to ensure the indoor thermal environment of the climate to meet the experimental requirements is worthy of in-depth study of the subject.In this paper,the indoor thermal environment of climate chamber as the research object,by analyzing the climate chamber temperature and humidity control,air conditioning equipment,envelope structure and airflow structure to ensure that the indoor thermal environment to meet the experimental requirements.The specific research contents are as follows:1)by comparing the relevant domestic and international standards and global climate conditions,determine the train air-conditioning system climate chamber temperature and humidity control and other related requirements.2)In order to ensure the temperature and humidity range can be achieved,the climate chamber air conditioning system equipment and envelope heat transfer analysis to determine the characteristics suitable for climate chamber air conditioning equipment and envelope materials.3)The physical model and mathematical model of climate chamber were established to study the ventilation mode of climatic chamber.According to the requirements of cross-section wind speed,determine the maximum air volume value,and compare the advantages of vertical air supply and vertical air supply,select the uniform and stable thermal environment of the air supply.And the validity of the mathematical model is verified by similarity model test.4)The thickness of the envelope has a direct influence on the uniformity of the thermal environment,so the temperature uniformity under the extreme conditions is analyzed by using the established mathematical model,and the thickness of the envelope is optimized.After the thickness of the envelope is determined,the maximum air volume can be checked by the airflow organization simulation to match the parameters of the envelope structure so as to achieve the uniformity of temperature.5)The actual test,a climate chamber are running at maximum air volume is unrealistic,in order to reduce energy consumption,reduce operating costs,extend equipment life,for the minimum amount of air required for each test condition optimized OK.The research ideas and achievements of this project provide guidance and reference for the design of relevant climate chamber.
