Reform and Opening-up opened the door for China to move towards the world.Since then China's economy had been developing rapidly.The concept of metropolitan area and urban agglomeration had been highlighted and the speed of communication in the region was accelerating,the release of travel demand is followed.The intercity railway network which served the metropolitan area and urban agglomeration expanded continuously,and the construction of intercity railway stations was increasing.At present,the new intercity railway station is mainly directed towards the direction of hub,stereoscopic and comprehensive development.Compared with the ordinary railway passenger station,its passenger flow is larger and the streamline is more complex,so the planning and layout of commercial service facilities in the station also face new challenges.Therefore,the planning and layout of commercial service facilities in the station also face new challenges.Many scholars have studied the layout of commercial service facilities in railway stations in various aspects and dimensions,and many research results have been obtained.However,the research perspective mainly focuses on the commercial development angle,while the research method focuses on the qualitative logic analysis.The fee behavior is explored in depth.This paper is mainly from the perspective of passenger consumption,taking a bottom-up approach to study the layout of commercial service facilities in the intercity railway station,trying to explore the influencing factors and changing trends of passenger consumption characteristics,and then put forward the corresponding optimization strategy of commercial layout.The main contents of the article include the following aspects:First of all,the first,second chapter studies the development background of the current intercity railway,the relevant theoretical research,the development of commercial service facilities in the station and the new characteristics of the development of intercity railway,so that the necessity of research on layout of commercial service facilities in inter city railway stations is expounded.The third chapter is the basic exposition of the empirical research method,which expounds the plan,the variable setting of the passenger behavior investigation of the Beijing Tianjin Intercity Railway Station and the situation of the passengers' basic attributes,travel behavior and consumption characteristics at the present station.The fourth chapter,based on the survey data,uses the Spss to extract the influence variables of the passenger consumption characteristics,and further analyzes the related influence variables and the influence mechanism through the multi classification Logistics regression model.The fifth chapter analyzes and summarizes the trend of influence factors of passenger consumption behavior of Intercity Railway,including basic attributes and travel characteristics,and predicts the changing trend of inter city passengers' consumption characteristics by combining the results of the influencing factors of the previous consumption characteristics.Finally,combined with the above analysis results,we summarize the direction and strategy of optimizing the layout of commercial service facilities in the station to cope with the change of passenger consumption characteristics in the three aspects of the scale of development,the proportion of formats and the layout of the business.
