| Nowadays, people’s demand is increasingly diverse, personalized, forcing enterprises’ thinking pattern changed from production-oriented to market-oriented. O n the one hand, companies must be able to immediately produce the products which the consumer needed, and also to prevent the waste of backlog that caused by overproduction; O n the other hand, enterprises should ensure the high quality and lower cost of the products, but also can immediately respond to the diverse market needs. This is also industry 4.0 requires enterprises to do that, production information digitization and intelligence will be a trend, advanced concept of management combined with a high degree of automation of production information, then ultimately achieved the management automation, and it can owned a rapid, effective, personalized product supply system, all of the enterprises must constantly strive to it.Compared with MRP, Lean Production and other traditional concept of management, in the varieties, small batch and other dynamic changing production environment, theory of constraints has its unique advantage. In this paper, making a depth study on the bottleneck, which is the core content of the theory of constraints. Aiming at the problems of bottleneck identification using complicated models, single performance indicators and hard to operate in some studies, researched on the different kinds of performance indicators, and learned how to simplified the model, then using multiple performance indicators and fuzzy inference system to propose a comprehensive bottleneck identification method. Fully considered the factors that caused the bottleneck occurred, and defined multiple corresponding performance indicators, used AHP give them proper weight, as the fuzzy inference system is not depend on object’s accurate model, so it was introduced to establish a comprehensive bottleneck identification model, calculated values of comprehensive bottleneck index. Using a bearing factory actual production data in MBT system, and shows the effectiveness and reasonableness of the comprehensive bottleneck identification method through simulation, at last, software based on this method are brought on by programming.To ensure the bottleneck can proper operating on the fluctuating environment, using DBR production planning and control of the buffer mechanism, based on the consideration of equipment failure and fault repair rate before the position of the bottleneck, and think about the factors of product failure rate, then made a correction to the model that determined the size of buffer, at last, calculated values of buffer size combined with the real production data, and using witness simulation shows its effectiveness, can provide theoretical reference for production management and control of the enterprise under the fuzzy information. |
