Research And Application Of Rehabilitation Of Existing Urban Communities

Modernists have little chance to be close with the nature. In recent years,it has become a heatedly discussed topic in the city. Urban community is a place where residents go to most frequently for outdoor activities in their daily life. It plays an important role in urban construction development. There are multiple reasons leading to health problems caused by deteriorative environment in the process of urbanization. First of all,pace of living in the city is fast. Thus,there are many health problems including mental,acute and chronic diseases caused by great pressure. Secondly,lack of public landscape area,uneven regional distribution as well as slow upgrading of landscape in the inner city are all the important reasons involving urban environment,which cause citizens to suffer from diseases. For people living in the city,environment is closely related to their physical and mental health. Thus,people start to pay more attention to health reservation and rehabilitation effects of the nature. At present,such a promising vision “ to look forward thousands of miles away within foots of distance,and to see magnificent beauty of mountains within inches of distance”is urgently demanded.The study is done through three stages including theoretical research,case study,as well as investigation and interview. It expands the range of rehabilitation landscape to the category of urban public landscape space. The paper aims to solve severe problems confronting residents in existing communities in recent years. In that way,existing communities can regain vigor.Besides,the idea that landscape is beneficial to health can be integrated into existing communities,applied to rehabilitation garden and sanitaria landscape. In addition,it discusses and proves practical influence and practice effect of healthy public landscape,then summaries rehabilitation landscape modes for existing communities that are suitable for China’s actual conditions.The paper carries out systematic analysis and study. It illustrates research results and status quo of rehabilitation landscape at home and abroad,analyzes basic concepts and historical development phases of rehabilitation landscape,discusses features of rehabilitation landscape as well as effects of existing community locations; directing at demands of rehabilitation landscape clusters in existing communities as well as researches on rehabilitation landscape types at homeand abroad, the paper combines practical investigation data feedback to carry out analysis, and then summarizes demand factors of user subjects(psychology,physiology and behaviors) of urban existing communication, explores into modes of rehabilitation landscape types of existing communities at home. In the meantime,it thoroughly analyzes several main rehabilitation landscape types at home and abroad. From case studies, the paper sorts out characteristics,constituting elements, practice forms,practice approaches of cases,and then learns design experience; taking the example of practices in urban existing communities,the paper systematically comes up with design methods for community rehabilitation landscape,explores into landscape environment suitable for existing community residents,provides feasible ways for community landscape construction in the process of urban renewal,and then carries out practical application.With soaring number of sub-healthy people and deteriorating aging problem,the nation has proposed the concept of livable community. Landscape green land in existing communities is the ideal place to carry out rehabilitation landscape construction.It is of practical significance for rehabilitation landscape to integrate into people’s daily living environment.
