The incidence of stroke is usually in different degrees of limb movement disorders,leading to patients loss the basic activities of daily living.Through traditional rehabilitation or simple medical equipment and other means of treatment,it has been far from meeting the social needs.Therefore,the development of robot assisted active rehabilitation treatment technology for patients has broad prospects.In this paper,the design of modular rehabilitation equipment with different sports accessories for rehabilitation training that can assist the damaged joint to form proper movement patterns for patients with hemiplegia,which is a feasible way to improve the efficiency of active rehabilitation training,and effective evaluation on the recovery of limb motor function is the key to enhance rehabilitation training.Surface EMG signal has the advantages of convenient and safe acquisition,which can monitor and reflect the motion's state of the muscle in real time.Through studying on the pattern recognition of sEMG signal,we can gradually achieve the tracking of joint activity so as to build a simplified evaluation of upper limb movement abilitivies.First of all,the upper limb rehabilitation robot technology are discussed and analyzed deeply in China and abroad,and four aspects about the theory of rehabilitation medicine,rehabilitation evaluation method,the upper limb physiological structure and movement function,which conclude about the feasibility of the method and design principle for the active rehabilitation equipment of upper limb in the evaluation and training.In order to achieve the development of upper limb rehabilitation equipment based on sEMG evaluation strategy,this paper focuses on the following contents:(1)Through the decomposition of the ADL scale of activities of daily living,the sEMG of 12 upper limb basic movements are collected,LLE-ELM hybrid recognition algorithm is proposed to realize the effective recognition of upper limb EMG pattern by contrasting SVM and BP classification algorithm horizontally.(2)Upper limb movements are refined further,the classification for the joint angle constructa simplified evaluation scale based on the identification of upper limb joint angles with LLE-ELM hybrid model,which realize the effective evaluation of upper limb activity of patients,and verify the effectiveness of the evaluation strategy.(3)According to the theoretical analysis of the early rehabilitation and the physiological structure and others,basic action modes are obtained by the decomposition of daily activities.Deducing the relationship between training action and equipment executive mechanism,developing active and resistance exercise mode,preparing the active rehabilitation equipment for upper limb and achieving targeted and right training mode.
