Servo motor as the main mechanical and electrical energy conversion device, in the mechanical and electrical control system has been widely used, in the motor as executing components, mechanical and electrical control system, the control performance of the motor is a main factors that affect the performance of the electronic control system of, but electric machine at runtime, due to sampling error, lead to quantization error and the change of working conditions and the calculation speed and torque ripple factor influence, the worse the control performance of the motor, it is difficult to meet the control requirements. Therefore, this paper to Nanjing eston company EMJ-04APB22 three-phase AC permanent magnet synchronous motor as the object, the influence of the change of working conditions of motor on the motor performance by auto disturbance rejection control algorithm to realize the permanent magnet synchronous motor control, to improve the permanent magnet synchronous motor control performance. The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) firstly, the permanent magnet synchronous motor three-phase coordinate system model is difficult to solve the problem, obtain the mathematical model of two-phase rotating coordinate system through coordinate transformation, and according to the motion equations of permanent magnet synchronous motor in two-phase rotating coordinates and ADRC mathematical model, the detailed design of the ADRC controller of permanent magnet synchronous motor; then, according to the composition of the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system, built in the Matlab/simulink environment of permanent magnet synchronous motor speed and current double closed loop PI control system simulation model and auto disturbance rejection control; finally, analysis and comparison of the simulation results of two kinds of simulation model, since ADRC has good control effect on the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system.(2)the active disturbance rejection control identification and compensation technique and state feedback observation technique, the torque compensation auto disturbance rejection control strategy, according to the permanent magnet synchronous motor in the rotating coordinate system state equation of the motor and the equations of motion design of permanent magnet synchronous motor identification compensation active disturbance rejection controller and load torque observer, and the load torque observation value is introduced to the permanent magnet synchronous motor identification and compensation auto disturbance rejection controller form a permanent magnet synchronous motor load torque compensation of auto disturbance rejection controller.(3) according to the composition of the control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor, DSP as the core from two aspects of the hardware circuit and software design of the system, facing the experimental platform were designed, and the proposed control strategy were investigated and analyzed to verify the validity of the control strategy.
