Now,the issues of environmental become an increasing concern of countries, the development and utilization of green energy has been tremendous development and great attention. With economic development,air conditioner had become a necessary product in many families; refrigeration capacity is rapidly growth in frozen food,drug storage and other fields,meanwhile, it has caused tremendous pressure to the energy and the environment. with the depletion of traditional energy and people pay more attention to the earth’s environment, the green refrigeration technology was urgent need for the impending collapse of environment. A lot of countries try to find it, to replace the traditional mode of refrigeration. In this context, solar ammonia water absorption refrigeration system arises at the historic moment.This paper has been systematically studied focuses on solar ammonia absorption refrigeration system, the optimization of the entire system based on energy saving, saving operating costs, thus can achieve the purpose of improved solar ammonia absorption refrigeration system efficiency.For solar cooling, countries also made a lot of systems and programs,solar energy ammonia absorption refrigeration was the best way to solar energy refrigeration. The absorption refrigeration has been widely used in real life and production, ammonia absorption refrigeration and solar energy has been study by many situation, so have many styles of machine as used many different place.The main work and innovations are as follows:Firstly, this paper design a solar absorption system maps and simulation Analysis of key components by the software ANSYS. The purpose was to detect whether fulfill the machine requirement of design.Secondly, this paper proposes a new temperature correction method, compared to conventional temperature correction, not only easy and convenient, but also the accuracy has greatly improved. To avoid unnecessary workload and errors because of multiple calls during simulation, meanwhile, to get the system parameters and targeted optimization. This article is collected with ammonia physical materials, solutions and heat transfer parameters and otherrelated programming formulas,which all data had been written as a application with parameters and Visual Basic. Ultimately the data to display on the window they want.Finally, this paper mainly introduces a dynamic simulation, which is conducted on a computer operated on Aspen Plus. It can be get more precise data, the article contrast these data with prior to calculation data by the software obtained results which are consistent with requirements. The performance of refrigeration system is a comprehensive reflection through it.
