Sound is an important part of the environment, but if it affects people’s work, rest and healthy, it become the noise, noise pollution can be made by human’s activities,noise pollution has become one of the major contemporary environment pollution. Noise must be measured and analyzed before take measurements to control it. Accurate measurement and analysis of the noise source signal is the prerequisite to control noise and make effective solutions to the noise pollution problems. With the development of all sectors of the society, environmental noise monitoring in different areas of industry, environmental protection, construction, transportation, urban planning and others, the noise measurement and analysis instrument has been widely used as favorite acoustic measurement instrument.In this thesis, in order to combine with market demand and performance indicators of the noise measurement and analysis and management system, against single function, complicated operation, data management and low efficiency of existing noise measurement, also combine with varieties of applied technology of computer, virtual instrument, data acquisition, database and digital signal processing to design a noise measurement and analysis system and management based on LabVIEW.In this thesis, the system is designed based on LabVIEW, the focuses are:the noise signal acquisition, signal process and analysis, how to achieve frequency weighting, time weighting, noise spectrum analysis, and the effective management of the calculation of the amount of common noise evaluation and noise measurement data. The signal processing in this noise measurement and analysis management system, is designed with multi-rates conversion and other digital signal processing technologies, using digital signal processing functions of LabVIEW and in the help of computer strong data processing capabilities to complete the function of noise measurement and analysis; noise signal was captured by the data acquisition card; using LabVIEW efficient program structure to achieve system’s reliable data communication and signal processing; with database technology, using SQL Server 2008 R2 database to achieve noise measurement data management, by database’s backup and recovery to make effectively data’s saving come true; LabVIEW remote panel technology is given on the remote control of the management system design.In this thesis, the design of noise measurement and analysis system has a friendly man-machine interface, simple operation, less manual intervention, remote control, high degree of automation, and the system is stable and reliable. The noise evaluation measurements is coinciding with the acoustic measurement JJF1034-2005, including terms and definitions of national measurement; octave and 1/3 octave design results are coincided the GBT 3241-2010 electric acoustic octave and fractional octave filters national standard; noise signal spectrum analysis, which has a higher resolution at low frequencies.
