As the Electric Vehicle becoming the main direction for development of New Energy Vehicles, the research and development of its core electric drive system has been becoming hot topic. The performance of electric drive system reflects on two aspects: one is the performance of controller and its control effects for motor; another is the performance of motor itself. The two aspects both depend on the accuracy and rationality of various parameters. And the accuracy and rationality is associated with calculation, control methods, process and transmittal modes, monitoring and debugging. Therefore, this subject bases on the software of motor controller, adds an integrated system. The system is used for the calculation, transmission and monitoring of parameters.System parameters are the base of motor control. Parameters of motor can affect the accuracy of vector control. Parameters of control algorithm can affect the running effect of motor, which includes the Max Power, the maximum output torque, the response rate and stability when motoring has been changed. Hardware parameters and protection parameters will affect the accuracy of quantities that used for the whole system, and also affect the reliability and security of the whole motor drive system. Hence all kinds of parameters plays an important role on the run mode of motor controller and the control effect for motor. This thesis topic make an in-depth analysis and study on the control strategies of the whole system, on the parameters that each part regulate and control need for, and also on the parameters calculation processes of control methods.The calculation, transmission and monitoring system for control parameters of motor controller, which designed can setting all basic parameters and do further calculate, and at the same time, achieve the development of human-computer interface by The Parameters Management PC Software, which makes it possible for external parameters change under the controller solidified condition. That is convenient for different motors matching and debugging for motor running. After complete parameters setting and calculation, PC transmit all parameters to the MCU of Motor Controller by CAN communication, then the MCU write these parameters into its flash. That can avoid the missing and error of data, and improve the processing speed of MCU. The PC Monitoring Software communicate with MCU by CAN protocol, use the PC GUI to monitor the operating state of MCU and the motor drive system in real time. It will guide the modification of control parameters, in order to debug.The study and application of this thesis project, overcome the problem of original system that parameters are scattered and separated. It makes the parameters of motor drive system centralized, integrative, intelligentized and visual. At the same time, these PC software improve the human-computer interaction and real-time capability, achieve the goal that system parameters can be configurable, modifiable, and monitored of drive state. It improve the changeable of motor that applied by controller. Those constitute a complete system for calculation, transmission and monitoring.In addition, the motor controller developed in this subject, combine with the function of vehicle controller as an internal vehicle process model. And add a data process model about accelerator pedal, key, brake pedal switch and input analog signal. Otherwise, the controller also add the function of battery management system, which is the management and protection of bus voltage(Vdc) of controller. Due to above reasons, increase the complex and the difficulty of transmit connection, so that, it makes the designed parameter system more important.
