The article introduces the development status of intelligent road roller at home and abroad, then puts forward the control system scheme of intelligent road roller, at last mainly discusses interactive software of intelligent road roller based on VC++. According to the control system of intelligent road roller in "863" project, the article is written. Interactive software of intelligent road roller mostly studies three parts: the design demand of interactive software of intelligent road roller; the total design of interactive software; the realization, integration, site debugging and maintenance of interactive software.The content of article based on "863" project, its software and hardware combine very tightly, so we should choose a program language that can conveniently operate software and hardware. The task selects VC++ platform, uses C language to exploit interactive software of intelligent road roller.Intelligent embodiment of intelligent road roller is the control of road surface compaction, data real-time supervision, failure diagnosis of road roller and long-distance communication of road roller. At first the article selects comparatively hardware, and analyzes the demand of interactive software. Secondly the article adopts idea of modularization and as a whole designs system frame of interactive software of intelligent road roller. Lastly the article designs parameter supervision interface, parameter modification interface, failure diagnosis interface, memory and analysis of data and local and long-distance communication.The realization, integration, site debugging and maintenance of interactive software are necessary in fact, so the article shows that we use C language to realize interactive software, then we edit hex file and directly embed in display. Site debugging offers abundant experience for ordinary maintenance, finally forms the standard flow of maintenance.In conclusion, the article puts forward the control system of intelligent road roller, which consists of control module and display module. We mostly design interactive software. Firstly software demand is analyzed on the basis of hardware, then the total frame of software is designed, finally software is completed. In practice we apply product of EPEC, realize real-time data display, parameter set, failure diagnosis and local and long-distance communication on intelligent road roller.
