With the rapidly development of society, the consumption of electricity is increasing, and, the energy problem have became the biggest problem in the world. Flywheel energy storage technology is the mechanical energy stored in the rotor of the high speed operation; and other storage energy compared to the flywheel energy storage with high power discharge.The issue of the use of permanent magnet synchronous motor as the flywheel motor simulation system with bipolar SPWM modulation strategy, in order to improve the utilization rate of variety to the superposition of harmonic modulation wave in the way of bus voltage, proposed a method to generate SPWM to three times the superposition of harmonic, and the simulation and experimental verification of permanent; magnet synchronous motor based on position sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motor, research of sensorless control,establish MRAS estimator and back EMF estimator and the simulation, this paper proposes an improved algorithm of the two kinds of algorithm is applied to the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor, electric anti found potential method in low speed performance, the MRAS estimator based on MRAS estimator; on the parameters of the motor response to changes in parameters added Line identification function, deduced the adaptive law Ls、 Rs、 ψf and simulated.Finally completed experimental platform assembly and debugging, compile the DSP control program, implemented in sensorless of permanent magnet synchronous motor initial position and vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor; in the experiment of addition and subtraction load and speed switching experiment, through the experimental waveforms are visible, subject MRAS estimator in ensuring the basis for the stability of the system can accurately control the motor, error is less than 2%.
