MOC is more and more widely used in Modern optical instrument, facilities and related industry. But China still remains at the primary processing engineering stage. Regarding to the related technology, manufacturing level, there is a large gap compared with developed countries. Meanwhile, so much advanced new technology is only developed and applied in the labs in colleges and research institutions. Reference to one kind of MOC with stereo rotary structure, the article introduces processing research including product analysis, process route arrangement, production controlling and final specification detection and complete a full set of processing experiments. During the period, we carried on substantial experiments and piled up data as well.A certain regularity conclusion is summarized for the same type Production preparation. Ultimately, a completed set of technological scheme and preparation method is worked out. Basing upon market it plays a very active and significant role as breaking through foreign technical barriers, gaining market economy benefits.
