With the global energy and environmental crisis, the growing concern of the photovoltaic industry has experienced a rapid development in the past ten years. At the same time, China’s economy is experiencing a leap forward development, the total economic output ranks second in the world after the United States. As the world’s manufacturing power and energy consumption, China’s PV industry plays a very important role in the rapid development of photovoltaic industry in the world.This thesis is divided into three parts. The design and control method of independent PV inverters is presented in the first part. First, the control principle and output voltage waveform characteristics of three-phase half bridge inverter are analyzed in order to design the output filter structure and parameters; then, the mathematical model based on the d-q coordinate system is used to select the appropriate control scheme, and the voltage controller is designed; at last, the system is simulated by MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation software, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the output filter and controller are verified. The design and implement of solar tracking system is introduced in the second part. In the solar tracking system, the ZIGBEE wireless transmission mode is used to control the rotation of the steering gear so that the photovoltaic panels are always facing the strongest side of the sunlight and maximum power output is obtained. The third part is focused on the design and experiment of a flyback switching power supply. Furthermore, the system control software is programmed, and the basic function of the solar tracking and AC/DC conversion are implemented on the DSP2812-based hardware platform.
