In the mechanization production today,the social development cannot do without power,human society must depend on the energy to survive,but with the energy of uncontrolled consumption,the ecological energy There is not much left.;at the same time,the combustion energy release a lot of harmful gases and radioactive material,make the earth environment is hard to imagine the pollution and destruction.Therefore,to find a renewable and pollution-free energy to replace traditional energy,this energy is solar energy.On the use of solar photovoltaic power generation technology is through the light energy into electrical energy,to maximize the efficiency of energy conversion.Solar automatic tracking technology is the use of control method to control the solar power system,the most efficient use of solar energy,and improve efficiency of solar energy.Tracking control system through the analysis of the function,the system is brought forward to design the fuzzy tracking trajectory tracking the sun and light two tracking methods combined control strategy as the solar tracking mode.Use the tracking illumination in adequate illumination conditions(photoelectric detection tracking mode),and in the light of poor conditions,the system will automatically switch to track the sun(sun tracking trajectory)tracking mode.The hardware implementation of each function part is reasonable,combined with software debugging the hardware using the instrument,the sunlight tracking problems and the steps were analyzed step motor control problems,through the MATLAB simulation of fuzzy PID tracking control performance is studied,the communication gateway development which can be connected to the Zigbee wireless communication network and GPRS wireless communication network the automatic remote monitoring scheme,at the same time the design of a solar automatic tracking ability of the solar power system.Through theoretical analysis and experimental research,the design of the solar tracking control and monitoring system can completely meet the design requirements,to achieve all-weather precision of sun tracking function,improve the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation,the solar photovoltaic power remote monitoring system the key technology to achieve the desired.In this paper,the design of the solar tracking system has the advantages of simple structure,low cost,and has application value.
