Engineering machinery in our country is lack of competitiveness, mainly because of the overhaul life time is short and low reliability, especially engineering machinery hydraulic system, the fault number account for more than a third of the number of the machine fault. This is also the bottleneck of domestic mechanical engineering industry development. To solve these problems, and puts forward the research project of mechanical reliability, reliability analysis, reliability design, reliability test and a series of measures, which can fundamentally solve the problem of frequent failure, etc, and is good for engineering mechanical energy conservation and emissions reduction, and solving the problems of the quality of operation.This article main research content is as follows:1. the understanding and analysis of the loader hydraulic system and hydraulic system of excavator, analyzed the common fault of hydraulic system, for the cause of the problem in this paper from the aspects of design, manufacture and use three puts forward some researchs of improvement measures and maintenance;2. a brief analysis of the characteristics of the dynamic reliability analysis method and its existing references, including Petri nets, markov analysis method, the dynamic failure analysis method and monte carlo simulation, etc., the establishment of a hydraulic system failure Petri net model, the fault Petri net has carried on the system;3. set up the model of hydraulic system reliability based on Petri net, obtained by means of the simulation to solve the system MTTF and MTBF;4. in view of the hydraulic system of applying reliability significantly lower than the actual requirement of reliability, so the reliability of hydraulic redistribution method system reliability degree of heavy deposit distribution of each element reliability allocation.
