The launch tower hydraulic system,which is an important part of the ground system of the launch site,provides driving force for the open and close of the rotating platform.It has the characteristics of multi-level structure,complex performance and high reliability requirement.The state of the system directly affects launch safety and reliability.Therefore,it is very important to study the reliability of the launch tower hydraulic system.Based on the study of the reliability modeling of hydraulic system at home and abroad,the problems of reliability design of hydraulic system are studied according to the characteristics of the sub-system of the hydraulic tower subsystem.The main contents of this paper include:The mission reliability model of the spacecraft launch system is established.Based on the analysis of the flight test launch flow and the mission attribute of the facility,the task reliability description and calculation method of the ground launch facility are proposed.By analyzing the working principle of the platform hydraulic system and the failure mode of the related action execution equipment,the reliability model of the platform hydraulic system is established.The task reliability allocation method of the launch tower hydraulic system is proposed,and the reliability allocation method of the reliability allocation is studied.The method of reliability allocation based on AHP is established,and the optimization of reliability assignment of the transmission tower hydraulic system is realized.The mission reliability for the hydraulic system of the transmission tower is predicted.The reliability of the hydraulic system is predicted by the failure rate of the similar equipment,and the failure rate of the hydraulic system is collected.The reliability of hydraulic system is predicted by using the reliability model of the hydraulic system.The reliability analysis method of the launch tower hydraulic system based on fault simulation is presented.The simulated failure mode is simulated by the simulation circuit,and the typical failure modes of the hydraulic system are simulated.The simulation results show the influence of various types of leakage faults on the system performance.
