In recent years, in the context of economic development of social energy resources and environmental protection pressure, as a kind of important renewable clean energy, solar photovoltaic power generation is more and more attention, and will be further developed in low carbon economy era. However, due to the current solar photovoltaic power generation is still a low energy density, stable and poor regulation ability of the energy, power generation by the weather, the regional impact is relatively large, photovoltaic power generation and grid, the power grid security, stability, economic operation and power quality of the power supply will have a certain impact. Photovoltaic grid connected technology, the current development is still in its initial stage. With the rapid development of the global economy, the demand of energy increases, the depletion rate of non renewable resources is also accelerated, the future photovoltaic grid connected power supply will become feasible, in need of time and place to support power supply network or stand-alone mode.Photovoltaic power generation by solar radiation intensity, battery components temperature, weather clouds and some random factors, the impact is obvious, with volatility and intermittent, the power generation and output power randomness is large, access to the grid after the security and management of power grid may bring a series of problems. In order to make the power grid dispatching department better overall arrangement of conventional power supply and photovoltaic power generation, timely adjustment of the entire grid scheduling plan, photovoltaic power plants need to be able to predict the output power of the photovoltaic power. Therefore, how to improve the efficiency of the system and the working stability of the whole system have become the main problems to be solved.This paper comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of various grid connected PV system, adopts the method of modular, hierarchical, integrated development, which is mainly to solve the problem of grid PV grid connected photovoltaic system. The paper focuses on how to improve the efficiency of power generation and the whole system, and then analyze the PV array, PV grid connected photovoltaic power generation system, and design the circuit. Performance index to achieve the relative deviation of the input voltage <0.7%, under voltage protection action to maintain the voltage in the 25.02 V, over current protection action current 1.50 V, frequency tracking relative error <0.08%, relative tracking error <2.1.Paper in photovoltaic inverter topology, to the study on the wastage of the inverter and so on, gives the full bridge inverter control strategy, innovation is the MPPT control strategy gives the idle loop control algorithm, and finally of photovoltaic power generation systems island control technology research were discussed.
