ZigBee-based Smart Home Security System Design

Smart home has been widely discussed in modern society, which is a family of smart home platform, to achieve the design of intelligent home environment through automation network communication and network appliances. Based on security technology.Smart home applications are more and more applied.Smart home system is composed of three parts: Subsystem network service systems, intelligent home security systems and home automation systems. Among those systems, the intelligent home security system is mainly used to protect people’s lives and property of all primary purpose, it has become an integral part of the smart home system components. In this paper, the function and role of smart home security system for a detailed description of the intelligent home security subsystem with emerging ZigBee technology, low cost, low power consumption, can detect faults and fix them quickly and accurately. Including data collection and data detection, information transmission and processing, environmental monitoring and control, and so on.In this paper, the overall effect is theoretically achieve.Node sensor detected the signal transmitted via wireless communication to the smart home gateways, which is used to transmit information to the smart home control platform for further signal processing, and then to complete the remote alarm function through the GPRS network.Under normal circumstances, the smart home platform can provide some relevant information for the users and has a bright prospect in the market.
