There is also a growing demand for the performance of various aspects of the vehicle. For safety cause, SRS(electronic control of safety airbag) is bound to become an important part. Thus the way to ensure the safety of the driver’s SRS play an important role. It is necessary to detect the safety performance of the air bag to ensure the reliability. Therefore, The research and design to improve detection system of SRS is of great significance.In this paper, we studied the content, the accuracy and the repeatability of the detection system.etc. By referring the electrical detection system of the current domestic and international existing SRS, weighing their merits, and also learning from them, we could improve the production. In addition, in the detection system, the factors like cost ratio, ergonomics and other aspects are considered.Firstly, this discourse introduces the status of the driver’s SRS electrical detection system at home and abroad, and makes the overall scheme of the detection system according to the customers’ requirements. Secondly, choose the electronic press with relatively high detection accuracy to detect the pressure displacement curve to achieve the detection of air horn rang force function, and also choose mufti-function testing instrument made by Keithley to detect all kinds of air resistance testing in order to achieve the purpose of automation production, with the using of Siemens PLC control system, the using of ordinary IPC to replace the traditional man-machine interface, and the using of the LabVIEW to build man-machine interface. In order to meet the requirements of customers, tracing system are added into the detection system. At the same time, the detection system has also increased the number of auxiliary facilities and protection measures, which can enhance the stability and reliability of the detection system. Finally, the discourse estimates and analyzes the investment of the detection system, and summarizes and prospects.In this paper, a new clamping method is used in the driver’s SRS electrical detection system, and we do the best in the selection and assembly of components. As a result, the detection system can be improved from the aspects of measurement accuracy, repeatability, and detection speed and maintainability. From the feedback of the actual production, the performance can achieve the desired results. |
