In recent years, with the continuous development of geotechnical engineering technology, underground space development and utilization has aroused people’s great interest, a large number of high-rise buildings, underground garage, underground garage, underground shopping mall, underground shopping malls and other underground construction emergence, which cause a lot of problems of anti-floating. Commonly used in the underground structure of the anti- float measures are mainly: ballast resistance, drop water, anti- pull piles and anti- floating anchor, etc. Compared with other anti-floating measures, anti-floating anchor has been widely used because of its significant anti-floating effect and farming layer has good adaptability, convenient construction and low cost advantages.In this paper, the design, construction and test of the anti-floating anchor ware systematic studied, based on the project of Beijing Military Museum reinforced and remoulded.(1)Overseas and domestic research status are summarized about the anti-floating anchor,the research content of this article is determined.(2) The definition and classification of anti-floating anchor rod is briefly introduced. The failure form and the theoretical calculation of the bearing capacity of anti-floating anchor are discussed. The displacement and deformation are systemly analyzed.(3) The geotechnical engineering and hydrogeological conditions in Beijing’s military Museum are investigated and analyzed. The anti-floating scheme is determined. And the anti-floating anchor rod is designed.(4) The construction technology and construction quality assurance measures were studied of the anti-floating anchor rod in the Beijing’s military Museum.The deficiency of the traditional construction method are reseached and the corresponding countermeasures are given.(5) The basic test and acceptance test of the anti-floating anchor rod are carried out, and the load- displacement curve is given. The dxperimental results show that the bearing capacity can satisfy the engineering demand.And the design of the anti-floating anchor rod has a certain optimization space.
