Analysis On Tianjin Expressway Traffic Accident Rule

As people’s trade and daily contacts possess are increasingly frequent, expressway becomes a kind of an important mean of transportation for people which often contact with each other, and has an important roll in social and economic growth. With the rise of expressway in China and more utilization rate, expressway brings both the convenience and the malpractice to human. Being affected by the driving habits, climatic conditions, road conditions, vehicle troubles and so on, the incidence of expressway accidents is very high. And at the same time because of vehicles at the high speed, once the accident comes up, the loss is often bigger and more difficult to avoid it. Compared with the construction and application of expressway as above, on the expressway in our country a mass of vehicles are driving at holidays, and has an increasing amount of accidents happening on some expressway which often have accidents. So there must be set a system of control and some measures to face the problem, to do utmost to reduce the safety problems of expressway and the endanger which it brings.Based on the current expressway characteristics analysis and the safety management in China, Tianjin expressway was taken as the main object, through the statistical processing of the congestion places, the foggy road, and the dangerous sections which have lots of traffic problems. On the basis of the regularities of distribution at different time and different places, makes analysis on the mechanism of traffic accidents. And after that, it is analyzed that the current situation of safety management of Tianjin expressway, and it is studied that the factors of safety and the relationship between the traffic accidents and road conditions, traffic, as well as weather conditions. It is found out that the shortage of safety management of Tianjin expressway, and it is put forward to the accident prevention measures.In order to against the problems of lack of management, delay prevention, and lag behind means in the prevention system of Tianjin expressway, it is set that a traffic accident emergency system is the optimization way to deal with the safety problems. Based on the grey system theory, considering the characteristics of Tianjin expressway traffic accidents, a kind of prediction model is set, and the framework of emergency management system of the high way traffic accidents was developed, in order to put forward to an important regulation reform for the traffic accident management system in Tianjin expressway, and it will be helpful to adjust the current traffic accident forecast and emergency management system, to promote the safety management of Tianjin expressway, and to provide advantageous basis for the expressway safety management work in China.
