The pipe is an effective method for the municipal engineering treatment pipeline problem, and it will also be the trend of the future municipal pipeline laying. It is the problem of uneven settlement of the pipe in the study of the settlement of the pipe under the complex geological conditions. This will also be an urgent problem in underground engineering.Based on the domestic and foreign related research, relying on one of the Shenzhen municipal projects, the paper analyzes the risk of the pipe during construction and studys on the settlement rule and mechanism of the pipe. In addition, this paper also established a model of the pipe settlement, and simultaneously simulated the strain of the pipe before and after grouting. It provides a kind of technical measures for the underground structure subsidence control under complex geological conditions. This thesis,which in the conclusion of subsidence method of underground structure at home and abroad, in view of the problems under complicated geological conditions of comprehensive pipe canal settlement related, uses finite element numerical simulation method, and establish integrated trench settlement model,then compare and analyze the measured settlement values and simulation of settlement. This can provide an important reference for the construction of underground structure in practical engineering. The main content of the research is:(1)This paper analyzes the risk source and construction risk of the integrated pipe trench, and draws a construction that the settlement is one of the main risk.(2)This paper analyzes the settlement rule and mechanism of the pipe according to the engineering geological features of the research project.(3)The thesis which based on the actual measurement settlement data, establish comprehensive pipe canal settlement model,then compare and analyze the settlement data of actual measurement and simulation analysis of settlement data, finally comes to the conclusion that the forecasting model is reasonable.(4)At the end of the thesis,the author uses model to simulate the settlement of the pipe after grouting reinforcement,and compares the pipe settlement in different range of grouting. The results show that take reasonable range of grouting can effectively control settlement of the pipe.
