Pre-stressed concrete structures are widely used in civil engineering, bridge engineering, water conservancy projects and so on. The pre-stressed concrete structure is achieved by stretching the pre-stressing tendons, improving the strength and rigidity of the structure, reducing the size and weight of the cross section, saving the material in the project. Therefore, the pre-stressed structure can obtain good structural performance and considerable economic benefits.At first, the present situation of pre-stressed concrete structures in recent years is summarized, and the basic theory of pre-stressed concrete is introduced. And then combined with the engineering example of the multi layer frame structure, through the analysis of the scheme selection and the large span pre-stressed concrete beam and the ordinary concrete beam, the superiority of the reinforced concrete and pre-stressed concrete beams can meet the requirements of building function. The mechanical model of different pre-stressed concrete beams is simulated, and the stress and deformation of pre-stressed concrete beams with different constraints are compared and analyzed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the basic theory of the concrete structure design, the design procedure of in ANSYS, and the method of realizing the pre-stressed concrete in the PKPM.(2)Using PKPM to carry out the structural stress analysis of the large span beam, the pre-stressed concrete beam and ordinary concrete beam are used to carry out the plan comparison analysis. The results show that the reinforced concrete and pre-stressed concrete beams can meet the requirements of the building function. However, the pre-stressed concrete beam reduces the deflection of the structure under the load, and the width of the crack is delayed, and the performance of the stage is improved. Meanwhile, the steel consumption is saved, the section size and the concrete dosage are decreased, and the weight of the structure is reduced.(3)The stress and strain of the two kinds of mechanical models of the pre-stressed concrete beam simply supported and on the basis of simply supported by ANSYS are compared and analyzed, including: the high direction stress distribution, the stress distribution of the top beam and the deformation of the concrete. Due to the different constraints, the stress and deformation are also different. The conclusion has certain practical significance for the design and crack control of the pre-stressed concrete beam.
