The in pile foundation engineering of Handan City opened district military adviser mansion project as the background, spin dig cast-in-place pile construction technology plays an important role in the process of hole, and to ensure the construction quality should be strictly controlled in the construction process. Realize the construction quality, improve the construction efficiency, reduce the construction cost of the important significance.In this paper, through detailed analysis of pile bearing capacity and settlement characteristics of key performance indicators, and ultimately determine the positive cycle drilling technology, the advantages of having a pile diameter flexible, and the pile surrounding soil structure has little influence; after grouting technique used is high pressure grouting and forced grout infiltration of surrounding soil, and soil with solidified into a solid overall, to improve the bearing capacity of single pile, prevent compressed pile inclination, reduce sedimentation effect. The research shows that the construction technology of rotary drilling bored piles can well solve the problems such as shrinkage diameter, hole collapse, mud, broken pile and so on, which can be applied to various geological conditions. It’s bearing capacity, construction noise is small, strong earthquake resistance, is a very good and appropriate to promote the foundation treatment measures.
