| Most of the air conditioning systems are in the state of static design, morbid operation, weak maintenance and management in China. The energy consumption ratio of AC(Air Conditioning) systems in the whole building energy consumption is usually quite high, so the large amount of energy consumption of AC systems is becoming a severe and troublesome problem in a city. The reasonable design, optimal operation and efficient management of AC systems are inevitable and necessary to the whole city energy management(CEM). However, In operation stage, practical diagnostic approach of energy consumption of AC systems is very important on reducing energy consumption and improving the efficiency of energy utilization of existing AC systems.In this paper,based on the most basic commissioning method, the specific ideas and practical process of practical diagnostic approach of energy consumption of AC systems are mainly studied. For the general energy diagnose of AC systems, the building energy consumption simulation method and configuration software monitoring method will be used. It was used that energy consumption simulation method and theoretical calculation for the optimal operation conditions of AC systems. In this progress, orthogonal test will be used for different parameter combinations schemes of each node of AC system under the different air conditioning systems in the same building cooling load, aimed to find the optimal solution of AC system. For the actual state energy of the AC system, data of the AC system will be collected by SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), and then do some reasonable data processing.Itemized metering of the driving power of each compressor, pump and fan is recognized as a key process needed for optimal operation and maintenance of air conditioning systems. In this process, the first and key step is to diagnose and verify the status of the system operational performance(actual mode), to get the enough information of systematic deviation from the “ideal modeâ€(it should be) and the “optimal modeâ€(it could be). The real energy consumption of the system caused by the driving power of the compressors, pumps and fans are itemized metering independently. In addition, their hourly normal values(could be) can be simulated or calculated(based on the characteristics of the building and the AC system, also based on local hourly outdoor meteorological parameters) and their actual hourly values can be real-time collected by power meters in-situ installed. These two kinds of data(normal values and actual values) can be processed and analyzed on the basis of the concept of ‘deviation of systematic(energy consumption) index’. |
