With the rapid development of the technology of MEMS,micro inertial sensors are widely used in military and civilian fields with high performance,high stability,low power consumption,small volume and other advantages.Nowadays,the smart phone almost integrate the micro-inertial sensors that people can be achieved their mobile phone screen induction rotation,human motion detection and game somatosensory control by this sensors.In military application,micro-inertial measurement unit(MIMU)which is composed of micro-accelerometer and gyroscope can be measured flight attitude of shells that can attack the enemy targets precisely.Based on the actual engineering requirements,we study the principle algorithm,the error mechanism and the corresponding compensation method for the tilt angle measurement based on the micro inertial sensor.Meanwhile,we need design a small and intelligent inclination measuring instrument to realize the measurement accuracy in the wide-angle and wide-temperature range of the retention technology.Firstly,this paper take a brief introduces on the development and application of MEMS technology,micro inertial sensor and angle measuring instrument.Through analyzed of the composition of the inclination measurement system,the sensitive measurement mechanism and the source of the system error,we proposes a modified biaxial applied combination measuring plan and completes the corresponding structure design and construction of the hardware platform.Moreover,in order to realize the Intelligence angle measurement system,we take a variety of methods to realize interaction on the multi-platform(self-display,PC and the smart mobile phone),we not only designing the dynamic interactive software on the PC using LABVIEW software,but also developing the Android application in the mobile intelligent terminal and reserving the display interface.So we can improve the portability and operation of the designed system effectively.Through the analysis of the error mechanism,we obtain the main factors influencing the accuracy of the measurement and take a scheme to compensate the error.Against to the problem of installation error compensation and the scale factor drift of the MEMS sensor under different temperature environment raises error compensation to realize error compensation.We take experiments to prove these schemes of error compensation compensated are corrected.Finally,after the hardware and software of the inclination measurement system tested,the test results show that system within±90°measuring accuracy is ±0.01°,Meanwhile,Using temperature compensation correction to ensure the accuracy of measurement remains the same in temperature range – 20?to 60?...
