| Taking advantage of the research achievements in the Internet of Things technology and Wireless communication technology,Smart home make up the household appliances and other devices to be an integral and run it intelligently. Our lives become more effective,security and comfortable with the help of smart home.There is no doubt that smart home will deeply change our life and become the research focus in the feature.In this thesis, we introduce the history of smart home, the key technology and the research about it at home and abroad. By analyzing the requirement of smart home,combined with the wireless sensor networks, data storage and Android application development technology,we design a smart home gateway based on smart phone with android operation system.This design is consist of two parts:wireless sensor networks and the intelligence gateway.Compared with other technology about wireless networks such as Zigbee,Wifi,Blutetooth and UWB, We choose CC2530 ZigBee module to compose a Zigbee star networks, including connect the temperature, humidity, smoke sensors and household appliances. With the fact that smart phone and pad are now widely used,The design use samsung note2 7100 to implement the hardware platform of the smart home gateway. Using the USB-to-Serial device to connect the coordinator,the gateway could collect the informations about the home environment from the sensors in the Zigbee networks. Additionally, the gateway could control household appliances by send orders to the coordinator. We use Android as the operation system of the gateway, programming database, monitor program, embedded web server and SMS message model on it.The gateway could connect to the Internet so that users can remotely visit the system and control household appliances by web. |
