Study On Intelligent Synthesis Surveillance System Of Cable Tunnel Of 220kV Xiangtie Line

In the electricity market, supply services of power companies to its users performance as commercial service behaviors. Electric energy as the contact of the both, also have quality attributes,as other commodities. During the operation in which the grid provide power to the users in a stable frequency, and the standard sine wave power supply voltage in an ideal state. However, the non-linear or asymmetric generators, transformers and wiring devices have led to the diversification of the nature of the load, furthermore, unreasonable operation and imperfect control means plused,the ideal state does not exist. There are many problems in the power grid, power equipments and power supply sectors.With the development of urbanization, to meet the requirements of urban planning and construction, now more and more cable lines are applied in the power system,220kV lines are as the current transmission network voltage level of DeZhou power supply company’s which plays a pivotal role in the power grid Planning.220kV XiangTie wire cable tunnel is the first cable wire of DeZhou power supply company,as the main DeZhou power supply of 220kV traction station for the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway.So to guarantee the safe and reliable operation of 220kV XiangTie wire which have huge economic and social benefits.In this paper,through studying the installation temperature,gas,water,smoke video and other types of ground current monitoring devicein the DeZhou 220kV XiangTie wire cable tunnel,cable tunnel internal environmental conditions and the operation of the cable body line monitoring,through internal fiber optic network to transfer all types of data to the monitoring center which can implement automatic storage for real-time status of cable lines,automatic analysis and automatic alarm function,while achieving all kinds of endangering the safe operation of the line of auto accidents prevention function. This system implement the following eight functions:through the cable tunnel combustible gas,toxic gases and temperature,real-time monitorin to achieve automatic air ventilation control inside the tunnel; through the cable tunnel level real-time monitoring to achieve automatic water tunnel emptying;through the cable tunnel fire danger real-time monitoring to achieve automatic tunnel fire extinguishing control;through monitoring the import and export of cable tunnels in the real-time to achieve automatic alarm while someone illegally enter the tunnel;throug real-time video detection of the cable tunnel to achieve the tunnel’s automatic inspection for the equipment and environment;through the real-time temperature monitoring for the cable tunnel cable body and the cable connector to achieve the cables overheating automatic alarm;through the real-time monitorin for the earth current in the cable tunnel cable metal sheath to achieve grounding cable and sheath insulation damage hidden automatic alarm;through installing communications system in the cable tunnel,which implementing emergency communications inside and outside of the tunnel;through building intelligent monitoring system integration platform,which realize the visual management system and remote control,then enhance the reliability of DeZhou220kV XiangTie wire cable tunnel.
