The Research Development Of Calculation Examples Of Reliability Design For Machine Parts

Reliability design plays a more important role in modern mechanical product and system design. Modern reliability design rests on mathematics, physics, engineering mechanics, mechanical engineering, system engineering and other subjects. For a system of machine parts, its reliability design is sometimes a complex work on modeling, calculation and programming. Although there are a lot of literatures like papers and books on reliability design, there are some insufficiencies in the present literatures. Firstly, the old-fashion literatures like books have typos and are not easy for everyone to obtain. Secondly, some methods and examples needs fussy engineering analysis and mathematical calculation, which make it difficult to be used in other cases. This research “System development on reliability design of mechanical components” is intended to make up these insufficiencies.The research makes use of the software MATLAB. Reliability design for tens of calculation examples will be integrated into a system. Users can obtain a reliable result through the system by means of different input parameters. The calculation will be accurate, reliable and rapid. The calculation results supply a convenient, quick and accurate method for the design of mechanical components. The system can finally analyze the reliability of complex mechanical components with sequential development and more calculation examples integrated. It will also become more reliable, automatic and more intelligent.This research not only has great significance on mechanical design analysis, and also has a good reference to reliability design on other subjects. It also supplies a good model to establish a database for numerical analysis for reliability design.
