Rice is one of the four main grains in China,and its annual output is close to half of the total grain output.Improving the level of rice planting mechanization is of great significance for reducing human cost,ensuring rice yield and promoting the sound and rapid development of agriculture.When traditional wheeled tractors are working in paddy fields,they are easy to sink,which makes the mud foot deeper and deeper and causes structural damage to the soil.The light tracked tractor adopts rubber tracked track with low grounding pressure,which can reduce the damage to the bottom of cultivation and realize the protective cultivation of paddy field.Compared with wheeled tractors,caterpillar tractors have better ground adhesion performance,can exert greater traction and better paddy field walking performance.At present,there are few crawler tractors suitable for southern paddy fields in the market,which can not meet the market demand.The development of light tracked tractors adapted to paddy field operation in South China is an urgent task to improve the efficiency of paddy field operation and the level of agricultural mechanization.The working environment of light tracked tractor is harsh,the working types are various,and the working conditions are complex and changeable.As an important part of tractors,the reliability of transmission system is the key index to evaluate the performance and quality of tractors.In this paper,the hydro-mechanical double-flow transmission system of light tracked tractor is taken as the research object,and the reliability of the key components in the transmission system is studied.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of paddy field operation in South China,the overall transmission scheme of hydro-mechanical double-flow transmission system of light tracked tractor is designed,and the functions of each transmission module are analyzed.(2)In order to ensure the reliability of gears,the fatigue strength of gears was theoretically checked.(3)Based on Romax software,the hydro-mechanical double-flow transmission system is modeled and simulated,and the reliability of gears and bearings in the transmission system is analyzed and optimized to meet the design requirements.(4)The micro-modification of gears in transmission system is carried out.The load distribution on the surface of gears is optimized by modification,the load-carrying capacity of gears is improved,and the dynamic performance of gears and bearings is improved.
