Meng River Bridge on the geographical location is covered above the river, Meng river bed at a depth of 4 to 8 meters between, riverbed in the main components:sand, Meng river bed of sand layer also includes the following 0.4 m to 1.2m thick deposits can be distinguished in silty clay and clay soil under surface product over a hard material in the Carboniferous limestone. Special attention is needed to moderate and strength the degree of weathering of limestone roughly to the level of 1 m, which belongs to the weathering of limestone under the limestone. Due to the interaction between the water and the groundwater in the geological movement, a series of reactions occurred in the same time, the corrosion reaction occurred, at the same time, in the role of gravity, there are a series of caves, the rapid development of karst cave, and most of the existing filling material, more plastic silty clay, easy and water reaction.Research mainly aimed at the pile foundation construction in bridge construction process, through the clear karst area exploration method, the bearing capacity of the pile foundation bearing capacity simulation calculation to determine the design stage of the treatment plan, from the early design stage as far as possible to avoid the karst cave distribution intensive areas. After the selection of the design scheme of the bridge, the construction scheme and the accident treatment plan are determined. Before the construction of the bridge, the detailed geological drilling and exploration data were formed. For the discovery of the cave to find out whether there is a filling material, and the sampling study. After sampling, the filler was tested, and the physical and mechanical characteristics of the filling materials were analyzed, and the bulk density of the filler, the moisture content of the filler, and the porosity of the filler were tested. According to the relevant detailed information provided by geological drilling and the actual situation of various filling materials, the pre construction plan and special construction scheme are formulated for the foundation of pile foundation in the construction. In view of the construction process of karst cave prone, the detailed treatment plan is worked out. According to the construction experience and combining with the actual situation, choose the appropriate treatment plan, and deal with the accident in time.The main conclusions are as follows:in the area of karst geological development in Linyi area, the construction method, mechanical equipment and technology level, the construction method is suitable, and the construction cost is increased. Compared with other construction schemes, it is more economical and practical.
