With the gradual consumption of renewable energy in the world and the increasing environmental pollution, the sustainable development of human society has been greatly affected, so as to promote people to seek new energy to replace. Solar energy may be the world’s most clean and the most abundant reserves of renewable energy, has been attracted worldwide attention. At present, photovoltaic power generation has been a research focus of solar energy utilization.In order to maximize the utilization of solar energy and improve the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation, in this paper, we propose and design a power balance control system based on photovoltaic power generation and power supply, which can realize the continuous power supply and realize the two-way flow of energy. The main contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1) Analyzed the working principle, research status and application of the key technology of the power self balance control for photovoltaic microgrid.(2) Design a power balance controller for photovoltaic microgrid. By comparing and analyzing the structure characteristics of different topologies, the power self balancing control system is designed with a single phase voltage PWM converter as the main topology, and the operating state of two channels is analyzed, and the hardware circuit is designed. The design of the circuit of the converter’s isolation, protection, signal sampling and so on.(3) In view of the power balance control of photovoltaic power generation and power supply in the micro grid, the double closed-loop control strategy of voltage and current loop is proposed. Through the simulation analysis of the power balance control system, double closed-loop control is introduced, and the output voltage and current of the converter are effectively controlled.(4) The control system is designed based on DSP2812. The design of the whole system, converter driver, power self balancing control and the corresponding control program flow are presented.(5) The experimental study of the power self balancing controller for photovoltaic microgrid is carried out. The test results show that the prototype of the model meets the design requirements.
