As people pay more and more attention to environmental and energy issues,how to develop and utilize new energy has become a hot research direction.Due to the rapid development of microgrid energy storage technology,people have studied it more.The bidirectional DC/DC converter is used as the energy transmission part,and the energy consumption can be made more efficient by the adjustment of the converter.The bidirectional DC/DC converter with low cost,high efficiency and good performance has a good application prospect.In this paper,the structure of the bidirectional DC/DC converter adopts two-phase interleaving,and the performance of the converter is improved by the optimization of the control strategy.In this paper,the topology of several bidirectional DC/DC converters is analyzed firstly,and the bidirectional half-bridge DC/DC converter is selected as the research object.At the same time,in order to reduce the voltage and current ripple,multiple parallel technologies are used.The converters studied in this paper are composed by paralleling two half-bridge converters.In order to make the converter work better,the parameters of the main components in the circuit are designed.Then the state space averaging method is used to model the converter system,and the small signal model of the converter working in different modes is obtained.By comparing the control strategy and selecting the double closed-loop control strategy for the characteristics of the converter,the double closed-loop controller with different operating modes is designed.The MATLAB software simulation is used to compensate the converter's control system.The frequency analysis before and after verifying the stability of the control system.In addition,for the shortcomings of general PI controllers,a fuzzy PI controller is designed.The simulation results in MATLAB/Simulink show that the two controllers are more reasonable,and the stability and dynamic performance of the fuzzy PI controller designed in this paper are better than the general controller.At the end of the paper,the software and hardware design of the converter system is introduced.In the software design,the signal acquisition and processing,the control of the PWM wave,and the realization of the fuzzy PI part are mainly carried out.
