Office building is a common type of public buildings. With the development of economy and city, more and more high-rise office buildings and super high-rise office buildings have appeared in cities, solving the problem that large number of office space is need and the lack of land. However, because of the special sky environment, a lot of high-rise buildings use closed glass curtain wall in unreasonable way in the architectural design, thus, resulting in uncomfortable indoor space and using of the HAVC system to solve the situation which is high energy consumption and unhealthy when use it for all the time.Mild climate has a relatively comfortable natural climate condition, if designers can make full use of the favorable natural factors and avoid the adverse effects in the architectural design, it would be able to practice natural ecologic and green office building with mild climate zone characteristics.Based on the research of relevant principle of super high-rise office design and combining the particularity of mild climate zone, this paper analyzes the particularity of indoor thermal environment of super high-rise buildings in the mild region, which include three aspects:indoor temperature, humidity, air velocity. Through the analysis, it puts forward that the indoor air velocity is one of the important factors which could be a key point to improve the indoor thermal environment.The dissertation, combining with the feature of office buildings, discusses passive design strategies of high-rise office building which is suitable for mild climate zone, which includes two main aspects:building form with sunlight and with wind. Specifically, the passive designing strategies are natural ventilation, shading and the use of the solar energy, which are put forward in the above, and through the reasonable construction design skill, the strategies can be blended in building naturally, so as to achieve the fusing of architectural space and building techniques naturally.Because of outdoor wind speed increases exponentially with the rising height, there are some limitations when super high-rise office buildings ventilate by directly opening the window for natural ventilation. By processing the external retaining structure, the author set buffer cavity of natural ventilation by using the bottom space under windowsill to bring the natural outdoor flow inside. The reasonable arrangement of natural ventilation cavity on the plane, make air flow of indoor be under control in a comfortable and controllable range, relieving indoor thermal discomfort in summer. At the same time, based on the sky solar radiation, the strategy of using solar energy in winter is put forward, i.e. by applying a principle of Trombe wall, a structure of solar heat collector is set with the enclosure of the building, which is well mixed with the buffer cavity to form a well looked enclosing wall.Finally, taking the office building design practice of Machinery industry association in Yunnan province as an example, the project is generated and optimized through the passive design strategies made by the studies. In order to optimize the architectural design, the author uses the computer software of Phoenics and Ecotect to make simulations, so as to control the effects of techniques through the graphical representation, and to guide adjustment and optimization of the construction scheme, as well as to verify the above strategies which can be really practical, thereby enabling the office building of Machinery industry association in Yunnan province has a good outdoor environment and comfortable interior space. At the same time, the author also hopes the research and designing practice can make feasible exploration and practice for similar engineering designs.
