| Nowadays "Green Building Evaluation Standard" is being fully implemented by Chinese government. High energy consumption of high-rise buildings has become increasingly prominent issue.Natural ventilation technology could play an important role in energy saving of building life cycle. However, it has rarely been used in high-rise office building designs.So it is very important that how to adopt natural ventilation technology used in high-rise office building in Beijing and other cold areas.The majors of this research include:(1) Through the use of the status quo to find technical difficulties.(2) Through the field observation, the vertical distribution of heat pressing and the influence of natural ventilation was mastered. The effect of ventilation window ventilator and its energy saving potential to be studied.(3) The distribution of the core well pressure and the distribution of wind pressure of a super high-rise building in Beijing was measured.(4) By using CONTAMW simulation software and PHOENICS software, the natural ventilation mathematical model of a super high-rise building was established.(5) Natural ventilation effect under the combined effect of heat pressing and air pressure was discussed. Based on the simulation analysis of office rooms with different wind direction, different direction and different height, the energy saving strategy of the high-rise office building in Beijing is put forward.The research shows that natural ventilation will reduce the neutral height of the stack effect in high-rise buildings. The passive natural ventilation technology is suitable for the lower floors of the high-rise green buildings. The higher floors need to cooperate with the auxiliary structure and facilities to enhance the natural ventilation power. |
