| Self-resonating cavitating jet contains the characteristics of cavitating jet and pulsed jet. It is mainly used to mine coal and drill well. At present, it is gradually used on the field of cleaning, like the cleaning hull and pipe. Self-oscillation cavitating jet has the advantages of high efficiency, saving resources and low cost. According to the research about it, it will make it be used more widely, so as to promote the development of cleaning field, and product economic benefit and social benefits.The object of this thesis is to design a cleaning device; we analyze the cleaning mechanism of the cavitating jet from the theory, and reflect the characteristics of cavitating jet to stand out the research significance of cavitation jet, we determine the cleaning effect of cavitating jet, and analyze cavitating jet cleaning technology from pressure, time, target distance. To show the internal flow. We use the FLUENT software to simulation it. Unite the analysis of the three way, we can find out that the nozzle is the key of cavitating jet, and guide a direction for prospective research. Considering the expanse of cleaning field, we design a cleaning device on the view of simpleness and convenience, so it can be used on various occasions.In theory, we start with the technology of high-pressure water jet, then, take cavitation into the technology of high-pressure water jet, and how cavitation happens, finally, take the cleaning mechanism of cavitation jet out. In experiment, we design the cavitating nozzle, take a reasonable structure, and analyze the researchability of cavitating jet, further, analyze the cavitation nozzle from pressure, time, target distance. In simulation, to show the internal flow situation, we can know it from statistical nephogram of pressure, the vector diagram of velocity, the chart of static pressure. |
