With the development of modern industry, the hydraulic technologys are more and more widespread used in machinery equipments. And they are developing to the high-temperature high-pressure high-speed high efficiency and high reliability direction. The mechanical equipment can meet these requirements or not, reciprocating seals play an important role in it. For a long time, it can not get the accurately parameter of the the hydraulic reciprocating seals, and it is also difficult to assess the quality of products in the reality. Even some extremely limited and indirectly results are only obtained from the use of the realy use process. Therefore, in traditional seal design, researchers mostly depend on the experience and skills and the result is not accurate. It is difficult to develop a relatively program in short period of time,with validity, reliability and durability. Well-designed hydraulic test bench is important to the performance of the test seals, to short the development cycle of new products, and to improve the sealing performance of the device.This article describes the experiment principle of the sealing test, the function and the role of the experimental platform. The design solution of reciprocating seal test platform is compared and designed. The key technologies of experiment platform for reciprocating seal device are explored.In order to analyze the experiment results, friction force of the seals is simulated calculation through the finite element analysis software, the main research content is as follows:The domestic and international research dynamic of the hydraulic reciprocating seal technology reciprocating seal test and reciprocating seal finite element analysis technology are described. The development trend of hydraulic reciprocating seal experimental technology is put forward. Based on the work process analyses of hydraulic reciprocating seal technology, analysis and determines the basic principle, the experimental function and purpose of the reciprocating seal experiment.According to the basic principle, by resolving the complexity, economy of the experiment and the accuracy of experimental results, the effective reciprocating seal experimental platform solutions is designed and choosed, and the key technologies of the hydraulic reciprocating seal experimental apparatus, such as data acquisition technology, control technology, structure design and so on are explored.The Y sealing ring is analyzed with ANSYS softerware, and the contact pressure curve and clearance bite critical curve of sealing ring are obtained, the result provides reference for data analysis of the seal experiment.
